Genesis 1:29NKJV : “And God said, “See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.”

Research comparing microgreens to more mature greens reports that nutrient levels in microgreens can be up to nine times higher than those found in mature greens. They grow quickly as well, so with a decent amount of seed and a rota system, you can start saying goodbye to taking many vitamin supplements and also have a supplemental food source in case of food scarcity.

Microgreens are very rich in many vitamins and minerals, such as:

  • vitamins A, B, C, E, and K
  • macro-elements calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous
  • micro-elements iron, copper, and zinc.

To start,  you will need a few bits of equipment to grow them, and either good sunlight,  LED grow-lights or T5 grow-lights.

There are a few videos in the table below that explain in more detail how to grow them and what equipment you’ll need.

Ezekiel 47:12NKJV: Along the bank of the river, on this side and that, will grow all kinds of trees used for food; their leaves will not wither, and their fruit will not fail. They will bear fruit every month, because their water flows from the sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves for medicine.”
